SAN FRANCISCO

2312 WASHINGTON

This was an existing 4 story building on a zero lot line. It contained an old fashioned small kitchen and a number of good size bedrooms on 3 levels. There was very little exterior space associated with the structure itself but small window boxes towards the back. The project was designed to 'open up' the interior to allow for more light and air as well as create decks/ balconies towards the back to allow for more outdoor living.

There was also an existing guest suite towards the back which was remodeled to face a small garden. The lower level of the building was redesigned to house a media room and a library space in addition to a two car garage.
